		Note:
		(a) The Somis Sports D3 2007 football program win rating calculation assumes that a team's
		score rating is less than 35.  As a team's score rating exceeds 35, the win rating loses meaning.
		Mount Union, UW-Whitewater and Mary-Hardin Baylor all had score ratings over 35 and
		given the program limitation, the win rating is negative for all three teams.  As can be seen,
		in all three cases the win rating automatically adjusted the overall rating downward towards 35.
		Prior the 2008 season, we will fix the program error.
